Hmm....I left one or two comments earlier in the week about your subject of the week and it looks like it never went through!! Well, I thought it was interesting that some of our American English is more similar to Shakespeare's English than current-day British English. It is also interesting to me how many different Englishes there are but we just call them all "English." I liked learning about the different words we have that are influenced by or derivatives of French, Spanish, etc.
ReplyDeleteI played some of the games and liked them! I like the word games or the ones that give you clues and you have to try and figure out what they are talking about. There were so many games, so I'll have to go back and try some more!
